Plot Summary
Inspired by a case of pedophilia in the diocese of Lyon, "Grâce à Dieu" recounts the struggle of former victims to reveal a scandal suppressed by the Church. This documentary shows how director François Ozon constructed his film between documentary and fiction, and had to shoot it in secret. Melvil Poupaud and Swan Arlaud, who play two of the victims, are interviewed, as are the two founders of the association that led the fight: François Devaux and Alexandre Hezez.
