Plot Summary
Oil tycoon Victor, nicknamed the Chief, comes to Moscow from the distant North. He is accompanied by a cunning rogue nicknamed Turkey and a big guy nicknamed Turnip. And what new Russian doesn’t like to relax in the capital on a merchant scale? And away we go: restaurants, casinos, strip clubs, girls. One day, Chef saw the young singer Olga Kachalova on TV and realized that she was the girl of his dreams. And as you know, when there is no money, dreams come true.
